Condition of Furnishings
Please note that due the nature of our business, our furnishings largely date to the 20th century and can be up to 100 years old. Each piece has been used and lived in by their previous owners and while we take care to restore and preserve to the best of our abilities, they will be subject to possible signs of general wear. All items are ‘sold as seen’ and we are not the manufacturers of any of the items.
Shipping
We are able to ship products to the UK and Europe. Please email info@ardorarchive.com to inquire about shipping costs for items. After purchasing a product, we will send an invoice for shipping to your chosen destination to be paid prior to delivery.
Returns
We can offer a refund on products returned within 72 hours of purchasing, excluding any shipping charges. If returning an item by post, all additional shipping or courier costs will be at the buyer’s expense.
Viewings
We are an online-only shop. However, if you would like to view our collection in person, please email info@ardorarchive.com to book an appointment and we would be happy to have you.
